Kinsella, here, is saying that regardless of the outcome, intellectual property is unlibertarian, and purely on the consequences of them the evidence is currently unclear as to whether or not they help. It basicly says that everyone have the right travel, camp, climb, pick flowers, berries and mushrooms and simular everywhere in the Swedish nature, no matter who the owner is. If the watch factory belongs to everyone, it belongs to no one. Who will be there to take care of the factory? Will the whole of the people make a list of whose turn it will be to clean and make repairs? And who will make the watches, who will distribute the watches? If there is no real owner of the factory, no one will get a watch. Extend this thought experiment to every good and service, and you have a flawed societal system.
