@gollapr Maybe not you but most owners are greedy, and that's why there will always be a war between landlords/owners vs. tenants. It makes good owners like you look bad when you have greedy bastard owners that do charge what ever they want when they really don't need to go up on the rent. Tenants understand that owners have expenses too, but owners/landlords don't care about tenants expenses, which there will always be a struggle between them both.

@Blackwater200 I completely understand your point. The thing I don't understand is that a tenant will turn to me as if it is MY fault for their situation. It's not. Tenants think that because I own the building, that I just charge rent for the hell of it and that I don't have bills to pay myself.

@gollapr Well you are half right about that, but just like a country that has an economy, people have personal economies too, you may have a great job and doing good at one point, and the next day boom your personal economy plums down hill the next point. So all this talk that people say about if you can't afford it don't buy it crap really don't see the point that I just laid out, people forget that problems happen in al our lives that can disrupt our financial lifestyles.
